In this 3 hour introduction to the ice, we will gather and share all the reasons why we would want to jump in the icebath, the health benefits and ways we can incorporate cold immersion into our daily lives. You will have a gentle guided meditation and calming breath practice before experiencing the icebath which will be between 0 and 2 degrees.
It has been so much FUN and such an honour to watch women shift perspectives and realise their own power through the 4 week CSRT courses we offer, and there’s something quite potent and magical about women gathering together in this way with sharing, group meditation and breathwork practice and ice bath experiences!
I’m now inspired to offer one off sessions as an introduction for those who are curious to try the ice and experience the nurturing support of other women as they face their fear or test their mental fortitude in the ice!
This will be a gentle and supportive session, held in the beautiful Perth hills, perfect for anyone who is new to meditation and breathwork, and those wanting to experience the amazing benefits of ice immersion, while discovering a deep strength and stillness within.
For those who want to go deeper, the 4 week women’s CSRT course begins on Wednesday August 11th, and will be immersing into the unique stressors and challenges women face today, the science behind stress and our body’s amazing abilities to adapt, and practicing ways to find more balance and wellbeing in our lives.
