LITTLE ONES Inner child Art Workshop

Be part of the Little Ones inner child portrait project when you join me in this 4 hour workshop, connecting to your inner child, meeting new people, and painting your own piece of original art.

This 4 hour workshop includes:

  • A lesson in watercolour painting techniques - ideal for beginners

  • Your very own set of watercolour paints and brushes to take home with you

  • A guided meditation helping you to connect to your inner child

  • A hand drawn realistic pencil portrait from childhood photos (that you’ve provided prior to the workshop) for you to paint on

  • Freedom to get messy and express your younger self ⠀

  • Snacks to remind you of childhood⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • Guidance to create an original piece of unique art made in collaboration with an artist

I keep the groups small so you (and your little one) get as much attention as you need while learning to use watercolours and feeling any emotions that might come up while connecting to your inner child.

The cost of attending the workshop is $179 and includes your own paints and brushes to take home with you, together with your original piece of co-created art.

This workshop is great to do with your siblings, childhood friends or as a couple! I love finding out what excited you as a child, what your favourite foods were, special memories of people and places that filled you with joy. You can share as little or as much as we sit around the dining table, creating art together.

NOVEMBER Women's CSRT - 4 Week Course

Women’s CSRT course

FOUR WEEKS exploring just how amazing our human bodies are! Learn tools to build resilience and handle stress more effectively and have more confidence to meet life’s challenges with grace and ease.

This transformational CSRT program, based on Eddie Enever’s long-running, popular course, consists of FOUR workshops that are designed to inspire and provide you with the knowledge, daily routines and skillset needed to effectively control your nervous system, build your resilience to stress and supercharge your physical health.

Workshop 1 - Sunday 7th November - 2pm - 4.30pm

Building a strong foundation.

We begin by exploring what it means to be healthy and cover some foundational concepts working towards We reveal the many reasons why we would want to jump into the ice - this will be incredibly useful once you’re actually in the ice - trust me! We also take a look at hormesis, the benefits of short term stressors, and start our exploration into meditation and breathwork styles. This is all aimed at setting you up with a daily routine to begin training your nervous system. Once we have the basics down, we take that knowledge and confidence into the cold with our first ice bath at 4 degrees. 


Workshop 2 - Sunday 14th November - 2pm - 4.30pm

The science, art and essence of meditation and breathwork  

In this workshop we go deep! We unpack what occurs in the brain and body when we meditate and play with the breath. We will learn a new style of breathwork and meditation to add to your tool kit and then jump into a 0 degree ice bath to finish off our second session.


Workshop 3 - Sunday 21st November - 2pm - 4.30pm

Beyond fight or flight, a deep dive into the human stress response.  

This workshop is all about stress - good stress, bad stress and REALLY bad stress. We unpack anxiety, learn how to get comfortable being a sitting duck, practice yet another breathwork and meditation style and look at how we deal with uncomfortable emotions when they come up in life. Oh, and of course we will jump into the ice, at minus 2 degrees - sub zero temps now!!


Workshop 4 - Sunday 28th November - 2pm - 5pm

Transformation into a Subzero Hero 

In our final workshop we revisit and consolidate what we’ve learnt and how we can continue to explore what it looks like for each of us to live a more present and mindful life. We’ll do some mindfulness exercises and go on a nature immersion experience, visiting one of my favourite places just around the corner. I really can’t wait to share this magical place with you. Then we finish off the program with a minus 4 degrees ice bath then share a feast fit for ICE QUEENS to celebrate becoming sub zero heroines.

In this 2 hour introduction to the ice, we will gather and share all the reasons why we would want to jump in the icebath, the health benefits and ways we can incorporate cold immersion into our daily lives. You will have a gentle guided meditation and calming breath practice before experiencing the icebath at 4 degrees.

It has been so much FUN and such an honour to watch women shift perspectives and realise their own power through the 4 week CSRT courses we offer, and there’s something quite potent and magical about women gathering together in this way with sharing, group meditation and breathwork practice and fun ice bath experiences!

I’m inspired to offer one off sessions as an introduction for those who are curious to try the ice and experience the nurturing support of other women as they maybe face their fear or test their mental fortitude in the ice!

This will be a gentle and supportive session, perfect for any women wanting to experience the amazing benefits of ice immersion, while discovering a deep strength and stillness within.

This gathering will be held in the beautiful Perth hills.
